    1/4 Sheet Finish Sander

    My old B&D finish sander finally bit the dust today. Anyone have any suggestions for a replacement? I have looked at so many on the internet and it is hard to decide without using them all. I would like to get as much comfort, durability, and value as possible. Thanks for any feedback.

    sheet goods /clamp cart

    Today I completed a combination cart , the original plan was in ShopNotes but I modified it to accomodate clamps also . It is 96" long by 32" wide made of plywood and 2x4 lumber with 3/4 PVC pipe as dividers. I notched some perforated angle to hold the clamps.

    The rollers I used for this project came from HF. They were sold as outfeed rollers and originally had a "U" shaped bracket. I made new mounting brackets by boring a hole in the center of 4" mounting straps found at the BORG.
