    Casting pen blanks

    I need to figure out how to cast pen blanks as I'm getting orders for my ACU camo pens and the way I made the original was just way too time consuming. I need to cast them in acrylic or some other medium. I also need a good way to stabilize unstable wood for turning. Can anyone help me with this?

    I have been using Gorilla glue for my wood blanks and have been pretty lucky. But am now starting to use acrylics... what do you guys use to glue the tubes in? Thick CA, epoxy< or what?

    Large Walnut Bowl Blanks

    They guy I get my lumber from has a 36" in diameter Walnut tree that he doesn't know what to do with. He doesn't typically cut saw lumber just for turners but if I can get enough interest I may be able to talk him into cutting one section for bowl blanks. Any interest???
