Casting pen blanks

I need to figure out how to cast pen blanks as I'm getting orders for my ACU camo pens and the way I made the original was just way too time consuming. I need to cast them in acrylic or some other medium. I also need a good way to stabilize unstable wood for turning.

eagle gave me a good lesson on that in a thread from way back when.

i was thinking of doing photo pens back then.

check the archives if i get a chance i will.
