Very nice work. I have a piece of mahogany I want to try that with but haven't worked up the courage yet. I'm afraid of those corners.

Trick I learned with corners, I put a white paper towel on the bed of my lathe, under the work, I can see the shadows of the corners much easier.

It was just a week ago I had to explain the differences between a roughing gouge and a bowl gouge, then VOILA!, you go and create a bowl any turner would be proud of - yeah, I'm exagerating, but only a little. Truthfully, it inspired me to get off my duff and just do it, and I thank you for that. Keep up the wonderful work!!
