Lowes is clearancing their Delta belt sanders. The SM500 is marked down to $71.00 in Cary, Walnut Street store. This is a 6" disc/ 6 X 36 bench top machine. They also have Delta 31-695 for $134.00, but I got one for $125.00 This is a 9" disc/ 6 X 48 machine with stand. Both use induction motors...- junquecol

Can't Find an 80" sanding belt
I just bought a Craftsman 12" Belt Drive Saw-Sander. Model #113.243310. I bought the required 80" blade at Sears no problem. Do any of you know where I can get the Sander belt. I can not find an 80" sander belt on line or at the Sears site. I only had to pay $68 for the whole machine...- Flash

Conveyor belt $$$$$$
Why are these things so expensive? I called Grizzly to see what a new conveyor belt would cost for my 24" dual drum sander. They want more than $250!!!! Anyone have a local source for reasonably priced (like less than $100) conveyor belts? I'm looking for reinforced rubber/poly surfaced belt...- Alan in Little Washington

1" Belt Sander
