With the results of the poll the majority vote is for January 31. I don't want to exclude any non-early risers from the get together so let's plan on meeting at Cracker Barrel on Independence Blvd. at 10:00AM.

I was at that Cracker Barrel this past Saturday around 9 and by 10 the wait was crazy we had to beat out our way out with a stick.

I'd like to suggest we go back to Jonathans it's harder to find but the food is great and we'll have the place to our selves so to speak.

I probably will have my daughter along and possibly my wife unless she has other plans. I'll probably be interested in Monkey Joe's if my daughter is there.

I've never been to Monkey Joe's, but similar place around here has a toddler only area so little ones don't get run over by the bigger kids. If MJ's has something similar, probably an 18 month old would enjoy it.

Jonathan's is good too if it works out that way, but Cracker Barrel rocks IMHO. Either way ... just let me know before that day!

To the point of Cracker Barrel in Matthews ... it is brand new and I've been looking forward to try it out ... but someone better get there with a name and number in the basket if we have any chance. Not sure if they take reservations ... if no though, we need to get someone there early to get us on the list.

If Cracker Barrel is too busy you guys might want to think about Greg's on Monroe Road. Take Sam Newell Rd. back to NC51, turn right, right again on Monroe Rd. & 1 block on the right. They have a great breakfast - and lunch too! Gotta work or I'd be there with ya.

If the wife isn't working I am sure she will come with. Monkey Joe's sounds fun. Like Jeremy said there is an area for younger kids. We took Josh over there a few months ago and he had a blast.

Let's take a chance and stick with Cracker Barrel. I will get there about 9:30 and let them know we have a big group coming. If it looks like they can't handle us we have 2 other viable options. Jonathan's and Greg's.

Please PM me with a head count so I can get a pretty accurate count.

Bring anyone you want. I would never limit it to just us. The more the merrier!!!!

The LOML and keeper of our family calendar reminded me I have elder training at church so unfortunately I'm out.

I do hope to make it to the learning session in March.

I'll be able to make it but the comments about lines at Cracker B are right on. I drive past there every day on my way to work and lines are long...and Saturdays are packed between 9 - 12.

I can be there regardless of where we go.
