Potato on the Lathe, yes, we did it!

Thanks to this inspired post, I conspired with my Dad to do this for our family Christmas breakfast potato dish!

You can see two of sides of our culinary turning project!

It worked pretty well. The deep fried part was actually harder than the turning.

Word got out what we were up to, and several neighbors drove over to see this!
