Forum cleanup - stickies

Mods - please review your forums this week and unstick any threads that no longer require stickitude (stickinization?). I already removed a few from the Member Announcement forum, I'm sure there are others.

I checked my forum and found one post with a sticky that was closed? I removed the stickey....Any point to that action???:embaresse

It helps keep things clean. Sticky threads are always shown at the top, so they better be relevant to take up valuable real estate. For example, I removed a sticky about Steve's birthday in the member announcement forum. I mean, he's a generally a nice guy, but it's been months...

Even if it was closed, removing it is still the right thing to do.

I went through the forums this morning and unstuck some old threads that haven't seen any action in a couple of years, none of the important ones though:wink_smil.
