SABGC (Boys and Girls Club) V Carved Canteen Sign
Designed in @vectricltd and I used a 90 degree @toolstoday V Carved bit in my @nextwavecnc Shark CNC machine.
It took around an hour to carve, after carving I cleaned up any slight imperfections with a small bit in my @bearwoods_supplycompany Marathon rotary tool.
Then it was time for painting, I then let it dry overnight and returned to sand through the grits with @klingsporswoodworkingshop sandpaper.
After a blast with the air hose, it was time for multiple coats of @rustoleum clear gloss.
After drying I applied a hanger and quote on the back and delivered it to @sabgcalamance
When I went over a few weeks ago and seen that the interior was getting a facelift, new paint and decor, I asked if there was anything I could do and this sign was the result, to hang above their canteen window!
