BTW.........Saw and chatted with him today at the State Fair.:icon_thum:icon_thum:icon_thum He was giving a demo of using his draw knife on his shaving horse.

He even gave me an autographed picture!:icon_thum:icon_thum

Great demo, but I think his accent was over exaggerated and almost condescending. Although I myself have a very regional accent and am fascinated by others, it almost comes across as being 'hick talk' in the video. Not the kind of thing I expected from a college gradjiated feller. :gar-Bi
Still, glad to see he didn't waste a good piece o' fried chicken on it! :gar-La;
I wonder how many onlookers were expecting the sudden stop and disappearance of the blade from the top when the chick hit the blade.
BTW, I'm not prejudiced on this. I like Kosher hot dogs [STRIKE]just[/STRIKE] almost as much as fried chicken! :icon_thum
