I really liked this project! I am going to make some more modifications of this. Made from Walnut, and White Oak.

Nice looking bowl. Where is that pattern from? I will also trade you some of the veneered mdf that I have for some of that rain. Everything is burned up here and crunches under foot. Steve

Dan, how you do dat? Need tutorial. Is that saw kerfs on the rim of the top section? The wood grain revealed on the edges is fantastic. a very interesting piece of art.

Steve, James, and Robert: It came from the latest addition of Woodcraft magazine. They have a pattern and a nifty how to section in the mag. I think I might subscribe to it.

Great job on that! I've been wanting to try it, but haven't been at the saw in awhile. 've seen a similar pattern somewhere other than Woodcraft's magazine (because I haven't seen one of those in a long while). Do you free-hand your circles?
