3rd Segmented turning & more

Heloo, Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays,


Here is my 3rd Segmented turning. I had hoped to have more done, but School got in the way :gar-La;




12.5" tall with 249 pieces of Maple, Peruvian Walnut, & Zebrawood.



My Fist real plug. The first turning had a solid bottom, and the 2nd turning had a solid piece before the flared segmented bottom.




Christmas gifts for Mother in law and Father in law. Diamond wood and Walnut.




First Mallet from Russian Olive with a little Burl in it. Tree cut down in June, turned green, soaked in sanding sealer, then air dried til November and returned.

Thanks for the kind words. The woods and design of the Vase is Rachel's favorite of mine so far and she said it's hers.

I love the Zebrawood too. Pictures sure don't do this justice. Then again, maybe I don't know how to take pictures.
