I just finished cutting a little 4/4 WBC, there's approx 150 BF in 39 boards. Price is $2.50 a BF or $371.68 plus 6.75% NC State Sales Tax of $23.23 for a total of $394.91.
Please note This lumber is GREEN, fresh cut off the log, NOT kiln dry.

What is necessary to process seasoned kiln dried wood into installable 3/4" hardwood planks (2"wide)?

Does anyone know if, and how, a pen mill is to be sharpened?
Mine hasn't been used all that much, but now seems very dull. It trims softer woods just fine but does almost nothing on harder woods.
