Balancing a circle of wood.

My brother and I are working on a prize wheel. I cut the circle out of some left over funiture grade plywood using a circle jig and a router. The circle came out perfect with one problem. When it's mounted vertically and spun, it always stops at the same point due to the weight being uneven...

How do you shape the edge of a circle?

I'm trying to avoid the tearout associated with routing against the grain as you rotate the circle counter clockwise. (I'm shaping the edge of a 20" circlular table top with a bearing guided round over bit on a router table) I've had luck in the past with dividing the circle into 4 parts and...

Circle template

I've been hours hunting all over the web for this. I saw it at Bob's (WoodArtz) and would like one. It's a clear plastic circle template, has a center hole, various circle sizes so you can set it on a piece of wood and see how large a circle you can turn. Anyone know where I can get one...
