Unable to access Tips & Tricks

results in a message indicating I am not authorized to access.

Is this an error or must I request the ability to gain access?

BTW I am enjoying the site and reading the posts....

If you tried to go through using the Tabs at the top of the page, that will give an error message. I believe the "Tips & Tricks" section has been renamed to the "How To" forum but the tab hasn't been updated.
