Hi here I just wanted to share with you guys. Ive been playing with these for a few weeks now this is the first one I got to finish all the way (cracks breakage ect)

total cost
package of 10 bic pens .50 fleemarket, stick of bw from my buddies cutoff ben 1.5x1.5 0.00
some sand paper from the 10 pound box from hickory show and about .10 worth of wipe on poly.
this took about 1 houe from start to finish including several interuptions all in all some cheap intertainment for the afternoon.

Very cool. What size bit did you use for the hole. That makes for some cheap refills.

I used a 1/4 for the long hole and an F for the first part but you have to measure cause the size changes with the type of pen you use.
