I was busily working away at my scroll saw a little bit ago and had just released the blade moved it and was pressing the tensioning knob back into place and poof - it broke off. I, of course, thought that it was a sign that I need a new saw. LOML thought it meant that he had to go to Lowes to get parts to fix it.
Drats, foiled again! :BangHead:

Hmmmm... I don't know.... :eusa_thin this looks pretty serious to me! Replacing that part might be kinda tricky. ;) I think I would vote for scrapping this one and just getting a new scroll saw. :icon_thum

Sorry for the broken part. There is a good chance it will be metric thread. I vote for a new saw too!

Man, he didn't even dawdle. Stopped what he was doing and went to Lowe's. I didn't even get a nap out of the "downtime"!
