Next BOD meeting

Do we need to start thinking of setting a date/time for the next meeting? Any items that we need to discuss face to face or on a conference call?

We should do something before the 10/30 Klingspor event. What is everyone's availability between now and then? Both in person and phone.

I am in Apex starting later today (we leave here in 15 minutes) untile departure Sunday to return home. I'm not certain of any return trips, but in general I am available for a phone hookup. I am planning to begin a thread on soliciting help and projects to display for the Klingspor event by the middle of next week, which will give us four weeks of lead time to get prepared.

I'm out of town from Oct 9-18.

I am OK by phone most any evening except Sunday. Weekends are OK too, I would prefer Saturday for a face to face, but I am not limited to that, with adequate notice.

Evenings and W-E are best for me.
