Alright, here are some pictures of the plants as they are in my yard where I got the leaves...

So, should I keep them or kill them? They are more/less growing as "weeds" but I've never plucked them because they looked like something more.

Keep or kill depends on where they are and what you want.

I like sassafras for the oddity and the aroma. They can grow pretty large.

Grapes will need an arbor at some point if you want any real production. They need to be pruned, tended and picked.

Redbud is pretty but will need room to grow. I wouldn't leave it within ten feet of the house.

If they are located in a place where you want a tree, I would keep the Sassafras and Redbud. But the wild Grape is nothing but a weed, the fruit produced does nothing but feed the birds (which isn't a bad thing but they will poop them out later spreading it around).
If you jerk out the Sassafras try to get as much roots as possible. You can make old fashion Sasparilla or tea with them. I regularity pull up Sassafras seedlings so my daughter can enjoy the roots.
