Just got off the phone with Doug and before I forget, we discussed about getting another BOD meeting together. We can do by phone if that works.

Can everyone post their availability?

Me personally, I am going to be around except the 22 to the 25th, but I could still do a conference call.

Almost anytime for a conference call is OK, except normal working hours. Saturday is better than Sunday for me. Any evening after 7:30 is generally OK also.

Since Stuart is out of town starting Friday, how about Wednesday or Thursday evening at 8:00 PM by teleconference, assuming that Travis can set another one up. I think we should not wait until he returns.
