Bandsaw Bearings

As a follow-on to the below discussion on bandsaw bearings, has anyone tried the new solid ceramic guide and thrust bearings now being sold by Hartville Tool and others?

I have tried both, on a old Craftsman 12" Bandsaw. They work great, certainly easier on the blade and seem to run cooler...

darn it, I just tossed a Hartville Tool catalog, and have a BS in need of repair. good thing for the web!

Thanks for reminding about those, look like they should do the trick quite well.
