The weather cooled off a bit (it was in the nineties in the shop a few days ago, my brain just goes somewhere else when it's that warm), so I made up the cauls and templates for the turned baritone Irish UP regulator and routed the key seats and slots:
The seats (the flats over the holes) were cut with a 1/2" straight bit, and the slots with a 1/8" spiral bit. My first successful teardrop key is being fitted; one down and three to go.
