Just a few reminders about the 2023 NCWW picnic.

YOU MUST REGISTER by THIS Saturday MAY 13
If you don't we will have to charge you for your lunch and you are not eligible for a door prize!

Also, the picnic is only 13 days away and only that many days available to purchase raffle tickets that help support this GREAT site!

This also give you a VERY good chance to win one or more of over $9500 in prizes!

Three days left to register for the free picnic and door prize drawing. Our count at this time is 76. There is room for more!!

After 5/13 registration will be closed. Attendees not registered will have a $10 cover charge. We do this only to get a firm count of attendees for ordering the BBQ.

I'm lookin forward to seeing all at the picnic.

RSVP is required this year so everyone can get stuffed with BBQ
Also you MUST RSVP to be eligible to win a door prize (please click on the quantity in your party below)
There will be a door charge if you are not on the RSVP attendee list.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS RSVP THREAD WILL CLOSE ON MAY 13TH! (Don't wait too long to RSVP)

We want to give our supplier a week to prepare so we need to close the RSVP early....
We WILL be forced to charge you if you show-up without having RSVPed, and that could be as much as $10!!! (I know how cheap this group is... (ticket sales are an indicator... just kidding)
I would not want you to have to pay for something that we want to provide as part of the fun!
