Chainmill Sharpening - Score one HFT

:thumbs_upFor years now I've been milling my own lumber but have been hand sharpening my blades. My rig is a Stihl 044 with a 30 inch bar using semi-skip chain on a Granberg mill.... that adds up to 105 teeth on a blade. I had done some in depth reading recently to find out why I wasnt able...

Slabbing a Red Maple Burl Log

Here is a Red Maple Burl Log I slabbed out last week.. pretty nice material. Widest point was 36", 91 long and had burl, curl and birdseye to the pith. and the actual slabbing..

Great day slabbing Super Curly (pic heavy)

Slabbed out a piece of maple I picked up the other day....I was able to get 8 slabs 86"x40"x2.5" thick....Hope you like...Also I was able to get about 30 turning blanks ready for the lathe...

Tiny Walnut Slabbing.. No Drooling !

Here is a big ole Walnut that Chris and I slabbed out today.. Its purty.. One of the largest black walnuts (non west coast) that I have ever seen. The measurement is 46" across and close to 12 foot in length and is curly..
