Is someone messing with the menus?

Is someone messing with the menus? The IE top menu looks different and users are reporting the top tabs are now gone in Firefox.

Menus - again

except for some cleanup on the floating menu, all the major changes for the menus have been made. Comments, criticisms, suggestions? Particularly with bringing the Upload Photo, Submit A Link, Upload a file and Place an Ad links on the the horizontal menu

Custom Menus

You probably have notice that the top Static Menus have had a couple of the additions. I just wanted to mention that anyone who has admincp privlages can easily add things to these menus, without changing templates. The second menu is allows for to 9 menu items to be added. Just got to...
