Drill press platform consists of two pieces 3/4'' plywood, laminated together, using screws and yellow glue. Casters are 3'' diameter from Harbor Freight.
Shop-made adjustable levelers. A hole saw was used to cut walnut foot. 3/8'' hardware includes two T-nuts and threaded rod (bolt), washer, and locking nut. Screw-driver slot cut in top of adjuster.

My little drill press has met its match...in the form of a rosette cutter. The press doesn't go anywhere near slow enough and there is far, far too much slop in the spindle. The results are a bit frightening.
Would anyone let me cut a couple rosettes on their press? Recommended speed is <250 rpm.

I just picked up my first drill press this week (DL 16.5" floor press) and am getting it ready for action. I am thinking about buying a mortise attachment but what else should I pick up so that this tool can be as useful as possible (excluding the lathe attachments)
