I just saw this posting on CL and was wondering if anyone had been by for a look see on the place yet. Looks like they'll be competing with TechShop but offering a pretty large personal workspace as well. Then again maybe you get space at TechShop as well. :dontknow:

Interesting. TechShop rents office/work space. Bench space is all in common space. If I recall correctly, they were offering about $1/sq ft/month.... then add a $99/month membership. For that size space (400 sq ft), it would add up to $499/month. That would include access to a bunch of other equipment too... but a less well-equipped woodworking shop.
