Wood Uses In Myths & Folklore (Finished Piece)

Finally Got Around To Making A Proper Display For The Wood Species Uses In Mythology And Folklore
The ten pieces of wood were just being moved around the shop as I needed space and I had time on hand and came up with this.
I cut them all to a uniform length and laser engraved their uses with my @longer3dprinter Ray5 Laser Engraver and found a scrap piece of wood that I gave a round over to and stained with @minwaxusa wood stain for added color.
After drying I eye balled lining up the pieces and glued them down with @thegorillagluecompany and after it dried I gave it several coats of @rustoleum clear gloss and it was done!
90% of the exotic woods came from the scrap bin at @hardwoodstorenc and the Padauk And Purple Heart came from @klingsporswoodworkingshop
This was a fun project and I had fun learning and also enjoyed free style woodworking in the shop!
