Where to buy fence Gothic Picket's?

Where can i get a better deal on Gothic Picket fence 48" tall besides at lowes or home depot?
They are a $1.47 at Home depot. Going to drive out lowes and price them there.

Don't know if you have an 84 Lumber near you or not, but they may carry it or be able to order it for you. Prices are usually better than Lowes or HD.

near you. I just checked they are located in Charlotte and Raleigh. I buy all my wood fence pickets from them.

Dave do you buy just the pickets or the panels?

Did the fence calculator for wood and chain link material cost was about $3500 for either.

wonder if it would be cheaper to find a saw mill that could cut ceder pickets?
I only need 350 ft of fence, 700 to 1100 pickets.

John I generally just buy the pickets for larger fence jobs. Smaller ones with only a few panels I generally get the pre-made panels at Lowe's. I can't comment on the pricing as I buy at a contractor discount, but that does seem very high for retail. Call them, they are easy to work with.

Builder's Discount Center may have them. There's one in Burlington.

They do carry some fencing.
