Upholstery supplies bad review

Ordered from these folks a few times before a long time ago and all was good so tried them again. Need to get an urgent job out.

The upholstery adhesive and Dacron came in about 5 days later two packages sent from two different warehouses.

10 Days later nothing on the foam, no back-order notification, no tracking on the entire order was received.

Called them this morning to follow up and a rude reply that the foam was on back-order, is only coming into their warehouse today, and will ship out tomorrow standard 5 day shipping. When I asked why there was no notification sent, the answer was "sorry". When I asked if they could expedite the shipment the answer was yes, two day shipping at $100 extra.

Needless to say, I cancelled the order and went to Amazon, paid a bit extra but guaranteed delivery tomorrow.

I don't normally complain about someone online, but these folks really got me revved up this morning.

Thanks for the head's up. Read a couple of the reviews, they seem likje a nightmare to deal with.

Over on Capital Blvd, near Durant Road is a place called "Mill Outlet" that carries upholstery supplies, including foam. Might be an alternate source.
