Planer Blade setting tool

I’ve brought home an old school, largely cast iron, planer from my Dad’s shop. It’s been sitting for years since he passed.
Anyway, have not found a blade setting gage nor spare blades.
Since it seems many are switching to carbide insert cutter heads, I wonder if anyone has a spare blade setting gage they would part with. I’ve attached a pic of the one I have for my slightly smaller planer.

If you know the manufacturer (and perhaps even if you don't) you would more likely be able to find both the correct gauge for your machine, and advice on how to use it, at the Old Woodworking forum.

See the attached file - page 2. You can make homemade knife setting jigs from wood and a dial indicator. I used my setup just last week to set my knives to within a few thousands of each other.

I can use the jig I have. The rub comes when I sell either the planer I’m trying to rescue or mine. I’d like to have a more or less factory jig.
