Toolman and I got together at my place today for a top secret high level admin meeting. He drove three and a half hours for this meeting. (Actually there was a wood exchange as the main reason for the trip) But we took the opportunity before dinner to work on the site a little bit. We exchanged some ideas about the site and made a few minor changes. It was really interesting to see the different ways we navigate around on this site. Chad brought his lovely wife along to keep my wife out of trouble while the training commenced. He shared a lot of his knowledge with me and I shared my limited knowledge with him. All in all it was very informative to me. Thanks Chad!!!

It's not top secret now...we all know about it :cool:
I am really glad to see you, Chad, Jim and others taking this bull by the horns and making it work.
Now if someone could just explain it all to me I would be able to play too :5dunce::5dunce:

Dave, what I have done is gone to every place in the admin cp and studied the settings as much as possible. Then I go to the test site and try what I think I have learned. I am self taught in most computer things and that is the way I learn best. I figure if I crash the test site then Chad, Jim, and Bas will bring it back up so I can try it again:rotflm:

You bet! The only way to learn is by doing. And without a good screwup now and then, we won't learn how to fix problems either :)

LOL!!! Imagine - the first time I've been on the site in about a week and this is the first thread on the home page :rotflm:. Glad to see all is well on the homefront.

BTW Tracy, if you need Chad to do some work, and he's not responsive enough, send me a PM and I'll let you borrow my Chad Voodoo doll. It's amazing how fast those Admin tasks get done all of a sudden...
