Replacement Dust Collector Bags

I'm sure somebody has replaced there 30 micron dust collector bags with some from one of the aftermarket companies.What I'm wondering is who is the company to deal with.I've seen Oneida,American Fabric,and yada yada yada .I have a delta 850 with the two bag setup,a 55 gallon seperator and long hose that reach's everything.Now,who as bought some from a reputable dealer at a good price.Thanx for the info,

when I go to a cyclone seperator I will also go to the pleated filter setup.With the trash can seperator I believe I would be better off with bags,the filters are hard to clean when the residue is chips as well as dust.Thanx,

They're not clear but the contractor's clean-up bags are what I use. Lots of folks use them cause they are much less expensive. I've never blown one and I'm running them on a 3hp 4 bagger. You can get them at the borg's.
I have no experience with buying replacement top bags so no comments there.

To answer your original question, I got a top and bottom bag from American Fabric Filter for my Griz. I gave them my shop height and the model Griz and they custom made the top bag so that I got a lot more sq footage surface and it fit within the space I had. Good folks.

I agree with Gator, They gave me a price on a custom fit 1 micron bag for my Delta 1 1/2 hp DC and it was less than $100, and the best thing is that it will increase the CFM of your DC significantly. They are in Florida, there phone number is 1-800-367-3591, good folks. They were at the Greensboro WWing show last week. Tell them you heard about them from NCWW.

I had to call Delta to get the clear bags. I told them I wasn't able to find them any where and they sent me a box of the clear bags free. Seem that there is a problem with the part number for the bag that they call for. You could try and call they might help you as well, worth a try.

Thanx for the info,I called Tim Friday and should have what I need by end of week.Got them bigger than the original bags and that should up the performance.

I need to do the same with my dust collector. I was looking at Penn State Industries replacement 1 micron filter bags. Has anybody had experience with them?

Greg, How much did it cost for the replacement bags for your dust collector? I think I have the same one as you do.
