This is really late notice (been a rough week), but this Thursday, Friday and Saturday is the big M-WTCA Peach Meet at the Lions Club Building in Madison Georgia. This is a regional meeting including North Carolina and there's always a good attendance. This is one of the better meetings, rivaling Ed Hobb's meeting and the national meetings. There's always lots of sellers and lots of old tools. Thursday is an informal day with tailgating in front of the building outside, weather permitting. Friday is the best day usually with the most people attending this day. Friday begins at 7:00 AM and runs until 5:00 PM. Saturday also begins at 7:00 AM and ends at lunch time. The cost is $15 for members and guests and lunch is available for an extra $7.00 or there's local restaurants. I plan on going down early Friday morning, my plans to go Thursday have crashed . If you are interested in old tools or looking for old tools to use in your woodworking, you will enjoy this meeting. :widea:
