Recall previous post - still interested in bandsaw - as most ask, pics, price, model number, any accessories, etc would be helpful. Depending if $75 price is still right, and if no major repairs needed, I’m interested. I don’t mind simple replacements, but got no interest in a major overhaul.

Also, does it come apart for transport? I would probably need two trips due to hatchback size limit. If I recall, you are near knightdale, so not a long drive for me. I sent a direct message. Not sure you are getting them?

FYI, I went down to meet Warren today. Another nice guy in this group. I am going to buy the old grizzly bandsaw. Will need to separate top and base and hope we can haul it up the stairs. Lucky my wife is so supportive and willing to help on tool acquisitions!

While there I took a dozen photos for him to post. But I’ll say everything is well cared for, some just don’t appear be used for a long time. The unisaw looks great and I’d be tempted but it’s just too big for my shop space - has nice looking fence. The powermatic planer looks great too. Old craftsman jointer looks to be better than new at this size. The benchtop drill press is older but looks fine - pretty nice compared to my old delta benchtop unit. The other drill press is a small precision type. There is also an old craftsman scroll saw. Missed the shaper he listed.

Thanks for the info Tom. I have been toying with the idea of upgrading my 36-725 to something more substantial for a while now. Is this one with a biesemeyer fence or a unifence vintage?

I’d send the pics but our internet just got cut off, they say some backend account error, 3-5 days to fix! My opinion of Brightspeed just went from 7 to 0. No ISP ever was worthy of a 10, but 3 yrs and just now finding an acct error and cutting off without warning is below a 1 star rating.

Anyway, photos don’t show fence in detail. It’s about a 6ft rail, rectangular steel tubing on an angle support, he added facing to the fence so couldn’t see it clearly and didn’t take a photo of both sides. Lever looks like it tightens against front face of rail. Rear rail looks like just an angle. Definitely an upgrade over the old round tube rail type. Based on the start/stop and cabinet appearance, it is clearly newer than the 60s vintage I had. Gonna try to head down on Sat to get bandsaw. I’ll grab a couple better pics.

It looks like a biesemeyer or the delta clone. Will try to upload pics if I get stronger cellular again. Had full bars yesterday, 2 today.

I picked up bandsaw earlier. Warren gave me permission to post the photos. Cellular is looking ok now so here goes.
This is unisaw w/sliding table, fence is about 66” but overall looks to be over 6’. He had to shift its position to accommodate the left side sliding table. He mentioned having lots of blades and dado sets:

Some dupes and maybe some didn’t insert, not sure why.

Going away for family visit. When I get back, I can go by if I have another Raleigh errand or decide on buying something else. He’s not terribly far from me 22 mi I think it was. Got a Duke Med Durham appt Aug 26 so if no one else can get it, I could get it when I get back then drop off with your daughter after my appt.
