Here's my results. The blank drilled well. It turned a little more brittle than regular sycamore I have turned in the past. There was some pretty good sized voids "under the covers" of the surface of the original blank. I filled them in with some fine sawdust from the turning of the blank. I like this blank alot. It takes more work to turn due to having to stop and fill the voids, but the results are worth it. (yeah yeah.. picture sucks.. I know)
