So I've been needing a method that would allow me to make straight cuts on OSB plywood outside with my portable circular saw. It works pretty much like a track saw with out spending the money on a track and is fast than setting up clamps to make the cuts. Since I haven't been getting to work much since the snow has the place cover I figured I would do some work down in the basement. Here's what I came up with it's pretty simple just a 58''l x 9.5''w piece of pine with a guide rail, and slots routed out for wooden clamps. It's pretty simple and only took about 45 minutes to build. Maybe it will come in handy next time I need to cut some OSB away from the shop.
