I have a large quantity of these drawer box kits available. They are metal and off white in color. They are not in original cartons, I will sell 5 sets for $20, which is about the price for a single set. I have over 100 drawers available and would love for someone to take them all. Make me an offer, I am out of space!

The set consists of two drawer sides with integrated slides, left and right cabinet-mount drawer slides, and drawer-mount hardware. I have two sizes available. You add a back, bottom, and front. Mount the drawer slides to the cabinet, and you have a drawer.

I think the heights I have are 4" and 6", I will have to check and update the post later today.

Hi. What are the depth of these drawer slides? Do they include hardware for attachment to inside a cabinet frame?
Thanks.

20"

Yes, the hardware that attaches to the cabinet is included. Also included, but not in the photo below are the two pieces that mount the drawer front to the sides.

Luke,
Thanks for that info. I’m having trouble locating info online about that particular product so I can check out other specs, although I see a lot of other FGV products. Can you point me to a place that has that info with a link or something? I’m in Burnsville, so a bit of a drive, but I will be eating to the Greensboro area in the week or so and might be able to get over that way if things fall in place. Only interested in 15-20 sets, though. 😉
Thanks,
David

PS - is that the 4” or 6” in the pic? Looks like 6”

David, if you click on the words link to manual at the bottom of my original post, it will take you to the latest info. Yes, that is a 6" set. I can put aside some sets for you. What would you want? I am headed to Ashville in May, which might be easier for both of us. I am floating between Wake Forest, Sneads Ferry, and Emerald Isle for the foreseeable future.

Luke,
Thanks for that info - I didn’t catch that link before 🤪. I’ll take a look more closely later today, but I’m thinking these might work great for a future project. I’ll probably take 4-5 sets, mix of 4” and 6”. And, yes, pick up in Asheville would be great! If someone come along and wants them all beforehand, no worries.
I’m tied up most of that couple days but will circle back ASAP.
Cheers!
David

Hi, Luke.

I was going to PM these questions, but thought others might benefit from the answers.

Just a couple more follow-up questions - thanks for your patience.
1) I’m assuming the hardware includes the screws showing in the original diagram in the first post, but wanted to confirm?
2) It looks like the add-on soft close feature (from the catalogue) would be the Slow Motion Zeta Anyway product. Are you familiar with that? I’m not seeing it currently available anywhere, but perhaps you have some other experience/source since you obviously have ordered these in bulk. Is it a discontinued item or is there some aftermarket product available that would work? While not absolutely necessary for the project I am thinking about, this information would help seal the deal. 🙂

Thanks very much!
David

Luke, I can -op down to Ashville in a week and take a couple sets.
Rick, I don't have a date yet for the Asheville trip. I will post that to the thread when I have a better idea. I am pretty sure it won't be till sometime in May.

Sorry, not the answers you were hoping for...

1) No screws, the boxes I received, only included the slides and drawer panels. The pieces are in the photograph of a previous post. A separate box contained the pieces to mount the drawer sides to the drawer front.
2) I was hoping that $4.00 for most of a drawer would be bait enough. I know Horizon Products in Raleigh sells some FGV hardware, but nothing with this type of drawer slide. I will dig further and update you as time permits.

Any idea what they would cost to ship (if you are willing)?

I have a limited supply of boxes, and I will ship. I am floating between the shop and the coast every other week. My schedule is not fixed.

The 4" drawer sides with cabinet slides and drawer mounts weigh approximately 3.5 pounds each.
The 6" drawer sides with cabinet slides and drawer mounts weigh approximately 4 pounds each.

I expect a cost of $25-$30 to ship a set of five 6-inch drawers to your location. I will quote you what UPS quotes me.

The sizes are not exactly 4" and 6".

115mm, approximately 4.5"
145mm approximately 5.7"

You will have to subtract the thickness of your drawer bottom material.

Luke,
Thanks for that info.
Screws and such would be easy enough to source elsewhere - the manual seems to reference sizes needed, etc. While I would prefer to be able to have the soft close feature, not necessarily a deal stopper, just makes me a little less enthusiastic and maybe limits the quantity I would get.
Let me know if you come across anything on your end - I didn’t see anything on Horizon’s website. As you get closer to your trip to Asheville I’ll lock it down one way or the other.
Thanks again for your time and hope you have a great week!
David
