A turned lidded bowl [acorn?]

this was spun up yesterday and waxed this morning. It's curly maple and walnut with a maple burl knob. [too big to be called a finial!:gar-La;]

yeh my squirrel has already tried to lay claim to it but it's goin to the gallery in a few days cause I need the money that I hope it brings!:rotflm:
