I don't think it's a good price, Lowes has them, for about that amount, all of the time. I think that they probably fixed the ad since Steve posted and that's why we don't see 40'.

All of the mail order and shows want about $40(Irwin brand), but I happened upon them at the Lowes 40/42, in the tool area, for about $25 so I picked one up.
