I think 1/4 inch is the narrowest they make in a bi-metal blade. Olson and Starrett are the ones I checked.

Starrett has a high carbon flex back that may work for you.

Thanks Mike. Yep, I called Lenox and Olson. They both say 1/4" is the smallest they can do bimetal for technical reasons. Oh well...
I have ordered a couple of bi metal 1/2" Lenox blades for resawing tho, (toolcenter.com) hopefully I'll get much better life than I'm getting with carbon blades. Someday I'll hit the lottery and get some carbide ones. :-(
