McRabbet plane recommendations

I am hoping to attend the MWTCA meeting this Saturday in Raleigh, as long as the LOML(s) allow it. I have been wanting, needing a good 3/4" wide rabbet plane. My hope are to find a good old user at the meeting. My research has led me to a #92 Stanley, but seeing as I know very little about hand...
