While building my kitchen cabinets late last week I ran into a logistical tool issue and contacted Bill who I knew lived nearby. He graciously invited me to his shop (which is incredible) and helped me resolve the problem. I was really appreciative of his hospitality and help especially since we had never met. Bill is a great role model for all NCWW's. When I grow up, I wanna be like Bill ! The only problem is that I suffer from severe "shop envy" for weeks after I visit his place.
