Sunflower Welcome Sign, Laser Cut Project

Sunflower Themed Welcome Sign.
The design is from the Sign Makers Bundle from @etsy and was laser cut from thin material from @buildersdiscountcenter
I imported the design into @lightburnsoftware and dialed in my settings.
For all the laser cutting I used a Speed of 300, Power of 86%, and 1 Pass with Air Assist On.
It took the @longer.global Ray5 20 Watt Laser Engraver about 28 minutes to fully complete the design. It was very delicate.
I then took a scrap of 1/2 inch plywood and did the washer technique to make a perfect backer board and cut that material out on my @deltamachinery scroll saw.
After sanding, the delicate laser work was stained a nice dark brown while the backer board was painted yellow, when that dried I used medium grade CA Glue and activator to glue the 2 pieces together.
For a finish I used several coats of @rustoleum clear gloss.
Really impressed with the details on this one!
