Hey everyone,
I will be hosting a shopbot training session at Cedar Ridge high school on July 10-11 from 8 A.M-5 P.M. (I can move it to 9 if 8 is a problem for everyone who plans to commute) There will be a lunch break at noon. ShopBot will be sending a technician to teach the class. I asked him to cover the basics that come with the class along with machine maintenance, different bits, cabinetmaking with the CNC, V-carve, inlays, different hold down techniques, and sign making. ShopBot will be using my CNC bits and material to teach the class so I am asking for a donation (The class typically costs $400) to my program. Checks can be made out to CRHS Woodworking. Let me know if you have any questions and if you plan on coming so I can get a head count for the class. I plan on capping the class at 10 people.
