Shop AC finally fixed!

Since the first of June I've been without any AC since the mini-split in my shop was hit by lightning. By the time I haggled with the insurance company, got bids and settled on a install date, it's seemed like an eternity, but finally I'm cool again with a completely new unit. I put a dehumidifier in the shop and a put heavy coat of wax to protect the tools from rust until I got the new AC, luckily only some small rust spots where I missed. Walked in the shop today and AHHHHHHHHHH! 75 degrees. I can't wait for heating season! Jim​

I just put in another AC window unit in my shop. I gotta get one of those split units soon. The heat is an issue.

Congrats on the new AC/humidifier. I don't understand where the rust came from, humidity was only 92% at 7:30 this AM. :gar-Bi
