Router Sled

Okay I am ready to make one of these (router sled) and wanted to ask the ones here that have already done so. What would you do different? I know there a numerous plans out there and I have not decided on which one to model mine after. Thoughts?

Haven't built one yet. My first choice in plans would be Wood Magazines. It includes chip collection (very important.) For skirting around base, they use conveyor belts brushes. My choice would be brush type door sweeps. MUCH CHEAPER, and readily available.

Here is how I set mine up, the switchable magnet allows you to lock it in a position, this helps prevent the unit from drifting side to side
