Posting a new Thread

How do I post a new "thread". I can't find any link/icon on the main page? Calling it a thread is nuts. It's simply a message.

From the blue tabs above choose forums, then choose the forum you want to post to.. After selecting the forum choose the new thread tab and you are on your way to posting a new thread at North Carolina Woodworker.net. Hope that helps.

Click on the Forums tabs at the top of the page. Select the most appropriate forum and you will see a New Thread button at the left of the screen.

It is simply a message _until_ somebody replies. Then it becomes a thread. Conversation would be synonymous, but "thread" is frequently used on the 'net.
