I have the same sander and can recommend it. If I'm not mistaken, I think it sells new for 249.95 making $100 a good asking price. I've had mine since the mid '90s and it's still going strong.

When I bought mine the price was $149.95. I found it on a closeout table at Lowes for $40 new in the box making it my best tool purchase ever.
