New Off Topic Forum opening date moved.

We have decided to open a new off topic forum. We initially decided to open it on Sept. 1. I would like to move that date to Sept. 15. I feel the admin staff needs the extra time to work out all of the particular new settings, and there are a lot of them.....So if all agree, we will open a new off topic forum on Sept. 15.

The date is not as important as the result that we open it with proper administrative 'controls' in place. (not the word I wanted but I'm old and things slip my feeble mind).
